Team MAGIK, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) tax exempt nonprofit organization established to provide a mentoring program for boys and girls of all social and economic backgrounds who face adverse circumstances at home. We provide guidance as they grow from children to young adults. We have identified a specific need for stewards to mentor our youth throughout Metro Richmond.
 

Our mission: Provide leadership training and mentoring through basketball-based activities and educational programs for boys & girls in our communities as they develop from children into young adults.
 

Using the game of basketball to engage young people, we can instill the same character traits basketball gave me as I grew from a boy into a young adult.

We need partners to help build a strong foundation in the lives of the young boys and girls we serve, developing them into successful mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders.
