Team MAGIK works to build a strong foundation of trust in the lives of our young boys and girls. We do this by:

· Collaborating with community leaders, teachers, principals, coaches, pastors and parents/guardians

· Enlisting the aid of community leaders to direct us to the children most in need

· Hosting motivational speaking engagements with big and small groups of children in schools and community centers

· Developing and implementing year-long programming which allows for consistent contact and follow up with students and families

· Collecting and recording data regarding the impact of program activities on academics, attitudes, behavior and the interactions with peers, mentors, teachers and parents

In all, we hope to build lasting relationships with the kids we serve and curate actionable experiences that inspire them to be the best people they can be while giving back to the community.
