Our commitment to the children and communities in and around Metro Richmond is unwavering. Team MAGIK, Inc. measures the effectiveness and progress of our initiatives throughout the year using objective evaluations and assessments in four areas of skill and character development:

· Academics

· Community Service

· Emotional Health

· Social Behavior

Simply put, we must not fail because the children are our future.

Research and surveys indicate that most young people, regardless of their attitude, want positive interaction with adults in their lives, and that when they have it, they are more likely to stay in school, attend classes, be less disruptive when in class, get better grades and go to college. Mentorship is proven to help at-risk youth grow into productive, contributing members of their communities.
