Strategic objectives

Reach, teach and mentor our children in Metro Richmond to achieve their best success.

TEAM MAGIK ACADEMY

Team MAGIK, Inc. looks to partner with organizations throughout Metro Richmond that service the needs of children -- especially, kids who face adverse circumstances in the home. Team MAGIK, Inc. integrates our mentoring programs into the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly routines of our boys and girls of who need the love, guidance and support they do not receive at home.

Our mentoring experience is designed to provide the boys and girls in the MAGIK Academy with lasting relationships, surrounding them with respect, love, positive direction and unwavering commitment year-round. We work to instill the strength of character needed to make good decisions for future success as young adults.

OBJECTIVE I  – Build relationships with the leaders of area community centers, organizations, churches, elementary and middle schools.

VALUES

Basketball is truly a way to grasp every young person’s attention -- we use it to engage young people as a fun form of exercise as well as a method to teach important life lessons: Discipline, Accountability, Effective Communication, Attention to Detail, Team Work, Persistence and 100% Pride & Effort.

Our work builds strong foundations in the lives of the young boys and girls we serve. In the long run, we hope to build young men and women who will be successful mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, businesswomen, businessmen, and community leaders.
